Woods that can support flame burning, including Wood Pellets, Wood Chunks and Charcoals and so on.
Q：How to choose the fuel?
Choose good quality charcoals for a consistent temperature, choose hardwood chunks or pellets for a controlled burn, or choose fruit woods to get some special flavor.
It is recommended to use a combination of charcoals + hardwood chunks to get a full and sustained burn without the need for multiple additions. You can also add some special fruit woods as you wish.
(Tip: It is NOT RECOMMENDED to use processed wood, which may contain coatings or additives that cause unhealthy smoke when burned.)
