Q: What should I do if the pump stops working?
A: It may caused by being clogged with food debris or pet hair. It is suggested to replace the small sponge or clean the pump. Regular pump cleaning every1 to 2 weeks helps to extand its life.
Q: How to clean the pump?
A: 1. Remove the small sponge.
2. Remove the pump cover.
3. Remove the impeller cover by pulling up on the small tab.
4. Use a fingernail to pull out the impeller.
5.Clean the parts with clean water, then reassemble with them.
Q: How often should I replace the filter？
