How often should I clean the drinking fountain?
We recommend cleaning the water dispenser every two weeks.
How can I get the filters for 2-4week replacements?
We also sell replacement filters online (search for B09DGD584C). If you have any questions, please feel free to find us. (3 carbon filters included in the cat fountain package)
How can I judge the water level in the drinking fountain?
Due to technical difficulty, it is not easy to provide a visible window for the stainless steel water dispenser, but we have marked the "MIN" and "MAX" lines in the water tank.
What should I pay attention to about the pump?
Firstly, the pump should be cleaned every 2 week; then if the water level in the tank is too low, the water pump still keeps running and prone to fail. Please add water to the water tank in time.
How long is the power cable?
The length of the cable is 180 cm.
