Is there an option for only light and no sound?
Unfortunately, I don't think there is an option to have one or the other. Sorry about that!
Does this make any sounds or have phrases like in the video?
It sure does! The video is of the actual product in action.
Does it have to have the step pad to activate it or does it have a switch so its continuously on?
It does have an on/off switch, but I do believe foot pad needs to be down for it to continuously work.
Is this battery operated? If not does it have an electrical plug suitable for the UK?
This item is not battery operated. You would need to get a plug adapter, as it is a US plug.
Can this be used outdoors?
Depending on the weather, you may display this outdoors. We do recommend keeping it out of the rain/snow or colder temperatures, though.
